This is the 4 bike version of the Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack.  When used with 4 e-bikes there are some special restrictions:

- maximum speed limit is 60 mph 

- car cannot be driven on unpaved roads

- e-bike batteries may need to be removed to reduce weight
